I am so happy, so so happy that I can’t stop singing and dancing. Yeeeepy, its almost my birthday,and yes I was born on 8th January 19… that was close I almost said it haha,a lady should never tell.I feel that tingly feeling and I can’t hold still Haha that little girl inside me is all out. Hmmm,I wonder what my parents have planned for this birthday,they have pulled out nice surprises ever since I was one and I can’t wait what’s  install for this year,I guess I will find out in due time but I can’t wait.*giggles. I have decided to be happy for being me. Loving my flaws and owning my quirks. Being happy is one way of being wise. Happiness is a choice. Happiness, true happiness, is an inner quality. It’s a state of mind. We can choose to be happy. Let’s be happy for this moment for this moment is our life,and the purpose of our lives is to be happy. There is going to be stress in life,but its your choice whether you let it affect you or not. Be happy with what you have and are be generous with both and you won’t have to hunt for happiness.
Spend more time with friends and family to increase happiness.
Practice smiling: reduce pain,improve mood,think better. Smiling can make us feel better but it more effective when we back it up with positive thoughts. Try it smile, smiiiiiiiiile…
